Phase 3 project

The ground floor villa, though restructured in 2009, had outlived its aesthetic and functional prime. Ekastudionbysana undertook a complete redesign to craft a space of modern luxury and subtle elegance.

Our primary challenge was maximizing space, which we achieved through intelligent planning. Phase 1 focused on the three bedrooms, the main living room, and the washroom. Critically, the entire project was designed and delivered under extremely tight timelines—a testament to our commitment to efficient, high-caliber results, providing the client with a vastly more spacious and exquisite home.
